After almost a year away from blogging, I’m back!

(I’ve even done a refresher WORDPRESS WEBINAR to remind myself of how to do it. I signed up for a “Beginners Blogging Webinar” which was a bit too easy, then an “Advanced Full-Site Editing Webinar” which was far too hard. I’m waiting, like Goldilocks, for one which is “just right”.)

It’s so good to be able to get away again and see different places, though we’ll be sticking to UK destinations for the foreseeable future. (Local airports look so chaotic due to staff shortages, with queues literally one mile long to check in).

And what better way to get back into the swing of things than posting in Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge, which this week is “Straight Lines”.

All these pictures were taken using iPhone 12 Pro-Max on recent city break in London.

We enjoyed our trip to London so much that we’ve booked same again for later in the year.

With thanks as ever to Cee for all her work in offering this challenge and the others throughout the week and over the years. You can check out Cee’s page here.

As someone who is also exploring London – I’m doing it by travelling by bus – I really love your photos. I’ll start looking at places from a different angle from now on!

I am a fan of your blog in silence. Welcome back Helen.

Welcome back, Helen. Sorry to hear those blogging courses didn’t help. But it’s lovely to see your photos of London – a city I live and worked in for 27 years. I recognise some of those places.

Thanks Hugh. The Webinars weren’t at all a waste of time. The basic one was reassuring and the advanced one was an insight into what really smart bloggers can do. Your articles have helped me too.

Glad to see you back, and with some great photos. It makes me want to go up town and wander around to see the sights.

Thanks Mitch. Hope you get back into blogging soon. Didn’t see Mrs Slocombe as it was at home looking after her famous feline!

The break did you good. What marvelous photos. I understand what you say about starting to re-learn all the tech stuff. Keep going.

Eee, Helen, still got it! 🙂 Just now when I’m about to take it a bit easier, blogging-wise. I wish you much joy! These are brilliant but you knew I’d love them.

You’re one of the people who got me back blogging! I so enjoy yours. Hope you’re not going to step back too far from it all.

I’ll pop over on Thursdays 😀 But until May 19th I have to keep up with my daily post so that I make one full year of daily blogging. 😉 I’m mighty glad that you enjoy it.
