Thanks as always to Norm for his Thursday Doors Challenge

Here is a door without the usual attributes of a door; it has no hinges, no frame, nor does it go anywhere and you certainly can’t slam it.

But it does have a handle and it’s well-worn so I’ll bet it was a really busy and important door before it retired.

That door is positively unhinged. 🙂

Wonderful photo and I really like the caption “Door:retired” – that certainly made me smile 🙂

Thanks Kim. If the door enjoys its retirement as much as I am doing then it’s one lucky door.

This door needs to be repurposed – table or desk maybe. 🙂

It’s the kind of place where I’m sure they will do just that. Thanks for stopping by.

A door with no home – sad but cute too. And you’re right; at least it can’t slam!

Well it’s got a nice place to spend its retirement.

Cute. As long as you don’t retire from sharing your lovely pictures and humor.;)

Thanks for your appreciation. I love being retired as it means I can go out and play with my camera whenever I like, which I do most days.

I'm always pleased to read comments.....
