I’ve been watching and photographing a single Agapanthus bud in the garden .

When I first spotted this Agapanthus bud, it struck me how full of energy it must be. I also imagined I could see a little face on it, but that’s something you’ll either recognise or you won’t.

12th July. Bursting with Energy:

23rd July. Showing great potential:

2nd August. Almost in full bloom:

If it survives the wild stormy weather which has been forecast, I’ll be able to show this Agapanthus in all its glory and alongside all its mates in the same tub.
