Whilst I’ve called this picture “A Man with a Pipe”, its correct name is “A Man with  a Dog”, as that what it shows in its entirety .

It’s a stainless steel statue inspired by the artist L.S. Lowry who often sketched the jetty from this viewpoint at Knott-End-on Sea.
